"The sun stood still & the moon stayed.” Lynne, age 59, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2011 at Parkview Memorial Hospital due to complications with cancer. Lynne was born on August 5, 1951, daughter of Captain Norman E. Duggan and Jane C. Hobbs.
